This client was after something lightweight to replace their leaking concrete roof tiles that were defying repair attempts, and they wisely chose metal so they'd never had to encounter such an aggravating maintenance issue again. Reading about the many benefits metal roofing offers over all of the alternatives, they decided that metal would be the solution they needed to their roofing issues.
