The owner decided to incorporate fresh copper shingles into the pre-aged ones to keep the "re-claimed" theme, which just makes this roof even more unique and impressive. Of course, it will blend down over time to reveal less contrast, but it will always show the mosaic effect of the different degrees of initial patina. Still a show-stopper!
